With a profound connection to their roots and hands that shape the earth, they cultivate organic produce, bringing fresh, first-hand ingredients to bars, restaurants, and individuals who value authenticity in every bite.

Their journey toward self-sufficiency and resilience gained momentum through support from Alquimico, a renowned bar in Cartagena. Recognized as one of the best in the world, Alquímico, along with other committed businesses, has used part of its revenue to install a life-changing irrigation system for these farmers, who work within the unique ecosystem of Colombia’s Tropical Dry Forest. For the community, this aid is not just a resource, it is a beacon of hope, especially in light of the government’s continued neglect of their needs.
