1. Cancellations and Changes to Orders
- Order Changes: You may request a change to your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders will be processed, and changes may not be possible.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in production.
2. Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of photographic prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for prints that meet the specified quality standards.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to ensure your artwork reaches you in pristine condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Report Within 7 Days: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged packaging and print in your message, as this helps us understand the issue and process your request efficiently.
- Resolution Options: Upon review, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost or, in rare cases, issue a refund.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Shipping Confirmation: Ensure your address details are correct when placing an order.
- Delivery Delays: Some shipping delays are possible. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us, and we will investigate.
- Resolution: After confirmation from the shipping provider, we may issue a replacement print or provide a refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Confirmed Damage: If we cannot replace a damaged print due to inventory limitations.
- Lost Packages: In cases where the package is confirmed lost and cannot be replaced.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
